Saaserhof Apartments - Saas-Fee

Quiet atmosphere of a boutique apartment with location in the restaurants in resort. Attentive service in general. Available nice pool. Efficient and best staff and lots of activities.

The nearby restaurant zur muehle was definitely worth my time, and having a kitchen in the apartment was very convenient.

We liked the montain view!

We didn't like the lift noise.

Good rates were a pleasure. Sion airport was in the immediate vicinity. It is just 5 minutes walk to Saaser Museum. Free WiFi is throughout the property

This place is located in the ski area and serves a delicious breakfast for an apartment, we enjoyed our stay here because of the comfortable rooms and friendly staff, and there is also free Wi-Fi available.

Location is good, not far from the lifts and from ski rental and other shops. Hotel staff very helpful and professional. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Poor lighting in the room and bathroom. No iron available.

The kitchen is excellent, and the hotel is well located to the slopes.

The rooms are comfy and clean, but very old-fashioned. A renovation would do a lot to improve the overall image.

The location. Right at the edge of Saas Fee center, and just a short walk to the slopes from the hotel. The skiing is fabulous surrounded by glaciers and the town has a lot of charm. The food at dinner was very tasty, especially the meat dishes. For that, half board is good value. The owners and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. Also the spa area was new and nice with two saunas and two steam rooms, though only one shower. Ask for one of the newly-rennovated rooms which we viewed and are really nice. The others are quite dated. (as is the reception area and bar). I understand the hotel plans to upgrade these as well.

The wine was over-priced and there was a charge for tap water at dinner! We were spoiled by 4 star Austrian hotels which offer for the same price so much more luxury and extras.

its a great hotel with nice view and nice staff

they made a hold on my credit card before i arrived and then charged it again upon checking out (they should just confirm the hold) the money took 2 weeks to be released from the bank i needed that to pay other hotels in my travel plan

As a single parent with four children, 6 to 20. the hotel made us feel very welcome was very accommodating which relaxed the children giving a homely feeling. Nothing was ever to much of a problem.

Very close to lifts. 2 lovely rooms, one modernised, one not, both excellent. Restaurant is truly superb. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for both skiing and apres ski. Lovely cosy bar with log fire. Great boot room with back door access straight onto the snow and short walk to nursery slopes. Altogether perfect, didn't want to leave.

Spa is a naked zone. You are allowed to wear a towel but most don't, I felt very uncomfortable, can't imagine why swimming costumes not allowed. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Staff and service friendly and very obliging. Breakfasts were very good

We booked the hotel taxi to take us to the bus but due to the people who were to be on the taxi before us being dillitory and our requirements not being clearly noted we ended up missing the bus and having to get a taxi to Visp costing 140 Sw Fr !!
